Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel provided a mixed experience with very friendly staff but noisy rooms looking out onto traffic. The cleanliness was questionable at times, yet the spaciousness and ample towels were appreciated. Location-wise, it was close to rail links but could get loud at night. The dining options were both good value for money and disappointing at times.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not in the best condition; they were generally run down and the toilet seat wasn't very clean. However, the service was exceptional, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location turned out to be a fantastic one, making it easy to get around, although the dining left much to be desired with tasteless food and noisy surroundings.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was warm and very clean, with a comfortable bed and decent toilet facilities, but it was incredibly hot despite the three fans provided that only circulated hot air. The service, while very helpful, lacked professionalism in appearance and customer service training. The location was convenient, next to the bus station, and close to the city center, but the lack of parking incurred an additional cost per night. The dining options were limited, with some items not meeting expectations, yet the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were adequate but not outstanding.
